The main Training Room can provide up to 20 high speed student workstations, comfortably.
An Instructor Workstation, configured for your use with a 24" High Definition widescreen monitor.
The room also has a 27" widescreen screen monitor with the option of 'Chrome Cast' and 'Apple TV' configured for easy access by a variety of devices. You also have a widescreen projector with remote control screen and an infrared pointer, whiteboard on a trolley stand, Lazerjet Black and White Printer, all fully networked with the rest of our facility.
We have a well appointed Conference Room, with up to the minute access to technical equipment, services and support.
Classroom Features:
Throughout our facility is a high speed fibre network that can be accessed daily, with the purchase, of an affordable guest login. We operate both a wired and wireless environment. 19" flat screen monitors, Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Programmes, Adobe Reader, Thin Client, Keyboard, Mouse and headphones.
On-Line Student Machine Minimum Requirements:
Pentium IV 1.8 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 80 GB hard drive, OR, Pentium IV Dual Core Processor, 2 GB RAM and 100 GB hard drive.
Recommended Operating System is Microsoft Windows 7 minimum. Please ensure you also have Adobe Reader configured on your machine.
Facility Rentals:
Our training facility is available for hire. You will need to give us, at least 2 weeks notice and have filed an Equipment(software) Request Form. For those organisations involved in the delivery of Educational Programmes, we have worked out a per head cost, per hour (incl. gst) based on a minimum of participants. Please call to discuss your requirements.
Your security deposit of 20%(incl. GST)of the total rental fee is payable, within 7 days of the confirmation of your booking. (Unless you have made a prior arrangement with us). Please phone to discuss your requirements on our 021 number found on the 'Contact Us' tab, as there is some flexibility with timeframes and equipment/software available for use.
Pricing & Details:
Our Daily rental rate for our Training Room is $1000 (+ gst), which will include 12 Workstations plus an Instructor Workstation. Additional Workstations $30(+ gst) each. Hours of use will run from 8am to 5pm unless otherwise arranged.
Please refer to our Equipment Request Form for anything else you may require, as there is some flexibility with equipment options. Prices to Workstation preference are available on request. We have partnered with BLK Solutions IT Services and Support for the supply and maintenance required to run this service.
If you require an Instructors Services, the cost will vary slightly based on the Course you choose to run. Our Instructors are independant Contractors who are governed by our Policies and Proceedures as outlined by NZATD and NZPTE Guidelines 2013. Please note any use of our facilities are also governed by our Policies and Proceedures manual available onsite. Codes of Conduct for all individuals will also apply. Click Here to view.
Cancillation Policy:
Cancel within 21 days, you will receive a full refund of your rental fee. NB Please note this does not include your non-refundable booking fee of $30(+ GST). Cancel within 14 days, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% (+ GST)of the rental rate, plus your non-refundable booking fee. Cancel up to 72 hours of your booking date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% (+ GST) of the rental rate, plus your non-refundable booking fee.
Please read our Terms and Conditions very carefully before you download, print, sign and email the Rental and Equipment Request Form/s, on making a booking of our facilities. A fee will be added to your Rental Agreement, for Insurance purposes. This will cover all those unexpected incidents. |
